Your health hangs on five links: how you relax, eat, move, sleep — and what makes your heart sing. Lifestyle is a 90-day program where a personal coach helps you strengthen them, one habit at a time, until the chain holds on its own.

Each link consists of five concrete actions that you adopt one at a time, with your coach by your side. You don't change your whole life at once — you build a chain, link by link.
Stress isn't a feeling — it's a bodily state that drives inflammation, abdominal fat and sleep problems. Recovery is therefore not a luxury but a biological necessity. This link teaches you to create daily islands of calm, scheduled with the same seriousness as an important meeting.
Food is the body's most important medicine — or its slowest poison. This is not about diets or bans, but about returning to food the body recognizes. When blood sugar stabilizes, the cravings, the energy dips and the constant snacking disappear on their own.
The body is built for movement all day long — not for one workout followed by twelve hours of sitting. Your muscles are your metabolic engine: they burn blood sugar, protect your joints and keep you independent for life. Movement is built in layers: everyday steps as the base, strength as the frame, short intense efforts as the spice.
Sleep is the foundation everything else rests on — at night the body repairs itself, sorts memories and balances the hormones that govern hunger and energy. The key is your circadian rhythm: darkness at night, light in the morning, winding down in the evening. Small changes to your environment give big improvements to your nights.
The fifth link holds the other four together. Here we go from guessing to measuring — with the body in measurable balance from within — and from willpower to identity: you learn it, you live it, you share it. Health is not merely the absence of disease. It is the presence of life.
Ninety days. A new habit every second or third day. Daily contact with your coach. A measurement every 30 days so you can see the change in black and white.
You begin with the Health Check: 40 questions about how you feel and seven body measurements. This becomes your baseline. The same day you adopt your first habit, and your coach calls you every day from then on.
Done in 10 minutesEvery second or third day your coach introduces a new habit from the links, in a carefully considered order: quick wins first, heavier changes once you have momentum. Every new link starts with a short introduction so you understand why — you are educated throughout the program.
5–10 min coaching call per dayEvery 30 days you redo the Health Check and compare with your starting point: energy, sleep, cravings, measurements. Your progress becomes concrete, and together with your coach you choose what deserves extra focus going forward.
Four measurement points during the programThe final Health Check shows your entire journey, day 1 versus day 90. Before that, you and your coach have written your personal maintenance plan: which habits are sacred, and exactly what you do if you lose a week. Programs end. Lifestyles don't.
Your chain holds on its ownAlmost everyone can manage a health change for three weeks. Then comes a stressful week, a cold, a vacation — and it all runs into the sand. Not because people are weak, but because they rely on willpower. Willpower runs out.
That's why every admitted participant gets a personal accountability coach who helps, pushes and guides you through all five links. You talk every day, five to ten minutes, until the habits no longer need defending — they simply are you.
Lifestyle is built on three principles from behavioral science and modern health research.
Research shows a new habit takes around 66 days on average to become automatic. That's why the program is 90 days — not 21 — and why we introduce one habit at a time instead of everything at once.
The Health Check on days 1, 30, 60 and 90 makes your progress visible: energy, sleep, stress, measurements. And in the fifth link you also measure your body's balance from within, with a blood test before and after. Visible results are the strongest motivator there is.
Daily follow-up and pre-written if–then plans double the chance that behaviors stick, according to studies. And whoever then teaches what they've learned — the protégé effect — anchors the change deepest of all.
Enter your name and email address to watch the presentation of the program — how the five links fit together, how the coaching works, and what 90 days can do for your health.
Please fill in both your name and a valid email address.
The presentation video will be published here shortly. We'll email you as soon as it's ready — and tell you how to take the next step.
Admissions are on a rolling basis and the number of places depends on coach availability — every participant gets their own personal coach with daily contact.
Tell us briefly about yourself and why you want to join. We'll get back to you with the next step: a short conversation to see whether the program is right for you.
Lifestyle is a lifestyle program and does not replace medical care. If you take medication or have a diagnosed condition — consult your doctor before changing your diet, fasting or exercise.
For you who genuinely want to improve your health — more energy, better sleep, a more stable weight and waistline — and who know you need structure and support for the change to last. You don't need any training experience or prior knowledge; the program meets you where you are.
The daily coaching call takes 5–10 minutes. The habits themselves are largely built into your existing everyday life — walks, meals, evening routines — so the extra time is less than most people think. What's required is that you prioritize the call every day for 90 days.
No — that's the whole point of Lifestyle. You adopt one habit at a time, every second or third day, in a carefully considered order. Your coach makes sure you never get more than you can handle, and every new link starts with an introduction so you understand why you're doing what you're doing.
Nothing dramatic. A missed day is information, not failure — your coach helps you straight back on track in the very next call. Towards the end of the program you also write a maintenance plan with ready-made if–then rules for exactly these situations.
Current terms and pricing are covered in the conversation after your application, before you decide. Applying is free and you commit to nothing by sending it.
Then the goal is reached: the habits are in place and the chain holds on its own. You finish with your fourth Health Check, compare the whole journey in black and white, and live on according to your personal maintenance plan. Many also choose to help friends onward on the same journey — that's how the change sticks for life.
